MindPilot Infra is a technology company building digital infrastructure and media services for schools and educational institutions. Our primary products include school management software and the MindPilot for Students platform (currently in development).

By joining the MindPilot for Students waitlist, you acknowledge that:

• Waitlist registration does not constitute a purchase, contract, or guarantee of access.
• Waitlist positions are indicative and may be adjusted at our discretion.
• Referral rewards (position improvements) are a goodwill gesture and are not a binding contractual obligation.
• We reserve the right to close, pause, or modify the waitlist program at any time.

Schools that enter into a pilot partnership with MindPilot Infra do so under a separate written pilot agreement. These Terms of Service govern the website and general service engagement only. The pilot agreement governs performance commitments, refund conditions, and deployment standards.

The 30-day deployment validation period described on our website is subject to the specific terms outlined in the signed pilot agreement, which takes precedence.

Our free guides and resources are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. We make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of these resources for your specific situation.

By downloading a resource, you grant us permission to contact you regarding related MindPilot Infra products and services. You may unsubscribe at any time.
